Appointments
From June 1, 2015 through August 31, 2015 our summer hours are Monday - Thursday 7am to 4pm and Fridays 7am-11am, (we are closed every other Friday throughout the summer). If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office. All new adult patients will be scheduled for a 90 minute comprehensive exam with the doctor.
Financial
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. Most dental insurance plans have limits and/or various degrees of co-payment. Our staff can assist you with what your insurance will cover once we have obtained all the necessary information. It should be understood, that the dental insurance contract is between the insurance company and the patient, whom bears the ultimate financial responsibility. Payments are due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept payments in the form of cash, check, or any major credit card.
A written estimate will be provided for all comprehensive dental treatment once you have had your comprehensive exam with the doctor.
Insurance Information
We are participators with Delta Dental Insurance and Blue Cross of RI Dental Insurance. Our practice will do everything possible to help you understand and make the most of your dental insurance benfits. As a courtesy, we will prepare and submit insurance claims to achieve the maximum reimbursement to which you are entitled. Your insurance is a contract between your employer or yourself and an insurance company. Benefits received are based on the terms of the contract chosen. Please remember that you are ultimately responsible for all expenses incurred. We urge you to read your policy so that you are fully aware of coverage and limitations of the benefits provided. We would be happy to answer any questions you may have.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
